Well It again has been awhile since I have been on to share, So I have lots to post! I have been cooking up a storm and have been eating lighter because I would like to drop some weight! I have been working out 3 days a week and eating lighter more health meals. So far in the 4 weeks I have been a member at the Athletic Club I am down 10 pounds of Fat and lost a total of 10 inch off my body total. I have also gained 7 pounds of lean muscle and have been able to do thing that were once hard for me. So I think I am off to a good start but I am far from my goals. So I will take some time now to post a few pics of meals I have made lately.

Lots to share!:)
