A lot has changed!

Its been literally years since I've posted anything new and that's about to change!
 Although I have thought about making a whole new blog I might just see how this goes first! 
The most dramatic things that have changed in my life have been my new found desire for clean eating and working out! I love it! Sure I still have good and bad days but it makes a huge difference in my life when it's such a healthy habit. 

In 2012 on "New Years Eve" I decided that I would workout everyday that I was home and able to and also to get in a better habit of eating healthy at Every meal!
 Well I stuck to it! My son was 2 and while he napped I worked out at home in my basement with my treadmill, yoga mat and a few hand weights! That year I lost a total of 35 pounds. 

During the holidays I fell off the wagon and stopped maintaining my weight. So in March I joined the gym and had a whole new lease on my daily workouts! I'm still going to the gym and creating and eating much healthier meals.
All meat free of course! 
I'm going to add a few pictures of meals I have been creating lately in hopes that it will give me the inspiration I need to creat my next goal which is also my New Years resolution of 2014! And eBook! With creative and healthy meat free options. Clean eating 101 with a meat free twist!


With this meal I use yves veggie meat and add low sodium taco seasoning with some hot sauce which revs up the metabolism and added tomatoes, onion and peppers on top. In a romain lettuce wrap. 


Here is another take on the Romaine lettuce wrap! This time it's with mixed tuna and some cucumber and tomatoes on top!

For breakfast I eat a lot of eggs with Avocado now! Whole wheat bread and kiwi on the side.
